This class, taught by Alison, will meet Saturdays at 11:30am at Trinity United Methodist Church (587 Haywood Rd, West Asheville). Rhythm Kids classes are for ages 4–8 and last 45 minutes. Grownups are welcome to stay and participate or leave the room; do what is best for you and your child! ** Important ** You will need to purchase a small djembe drum for your child, ideally prior to the first class (approximately $35–$50). After registering, look for an email with more info on purchasing your drum. The Elephant Song Collection will run for 10 weeks (January 10th – March 21st with no classes January 31st). Need to miss a class? We offer unlimited makeups! Enrolled families may attend another RK class (as space allows) for a makeup.
Full tuition is $215 for the first child, with a $50 discount for each additional child using code SIBLING50 at checkout. Siblings 9+ years at the time of registration and third siblings may attend for free. Please enter names and ages for these children at checkout so that we can prepare for and accommodate everyone! In addition to your weekly classes, tuition includes professional recordings of all songs, a beautifully illustrated songbook to use at home, access to the online Family Music Zone, and a family newsletter full of resources and music-making ideas. Join us for the Elephant Collection and play, sing, laugh, and learn with friends in your community!
